Steps for a typical surfacing
1. Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the entire surface and repair any cracked or damaged areas.
2. Resurfacing and Cushioning (Optional): Apply multiple coats of acrylic resurfacer to create a uniform and smooth base.
– Optional Cushion System: Apply layers of cushion material for a safer, high-performance court.
3. Color Coating: Apply multiple coats of color in the desired layout and colors.
4. Line Painting: Precisely lay out and apply color to the court boundaries
5. Curing and Protection: Allow the new system to cure and set up for at least 24 to 48 hours before walking on it.
