PU systems are a popular choice for large factories due to their durability, affordability, and shock absorption, reducing workers’ fatigue and increasing productivity. PU flooring is typically a multi-layer system, installed directly over concrete or asphalt, and consists of:

  • Elastic Base Layer – made of rubber granules for shock absorption and resilience.
  • Intermediate PU Layers – for cushioning and strength.
  • Topcoat PU Layer – smooth, UV-resistant, and wear-resistant playing surface.
